Description
Small, local boutique hospitality staffing company seeking polished and professional individuals for customer service and guest service positions to work for various clients, such as event spaces, venues, stores, and private events throughout NYC and the surrounding areas.
This is an ideal position for those seeking supplemental income and have a flexible schedule. Shift times, days of work and shift hours vary and are based on client and event schedules. Shifts are scheduled in advance allowing our team members to continue with their current projects/jobs.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a family/kid-friendly environment and ensure the customers/guests feel welcome, valued, respected, and comfortable
- Must be a friendly, outgoing, and high energy individual as this is a very hands-on position
- Ability to work in New York City and surrounding areas; must live in the tri-state area and be available to travel if needed
- Have a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business; this may include holidays, weekends and on-call shifts
- Comfortable working in various work environments (indoor/outdoor)
- Ability to set up and break down the work area in varied settings; this may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs
- Willing to follow the CDC and State guidelines, signing a Covid waiver, etc.
- Ideally held similar position(s) for at least 1 year
- Maintain professional body language
