SAN RAFAEL, CA — A busy San Rafael freeway offramp will be shuttered this weekend for period of around 55 hours as construction crews replace a structurally deficient bridge, Caltrans said. The first the first of three 55-hour closures Highway 101 Northbound Central San Rafael Off-Ramp Bridge Replacement will start Friday at 10 p.m. and run through Sunday at 5 a.m., Caltrans said. #TRAFFICALERT Motorists are being asked to plan ahead as Caltrans has scheduled a 55 hr. closure for NB U.S. 101 Central San Rafael Off-Ramp (Harbor Bridge) starting at 10 PM, Friday, March 19 until 5 AM, Monday, March 22.
