Our landscaping crews are expected to work as a team to produce professional and detail-oriented landscapes in a timely manner. Your role as a laborer is to follow directions with scrutiny and implement them as fast and efficiently as you are physically able. This position isn't mentally taxing - but it is physically demanding. Applicants must be willing to lift (or team lift) heavy materials on a routine basis. As such, all applicants must be in "ideal" physical condition and confident in their durability. In addition, laborers should be able to translate design instructions into actual layouts and articulate any confusion to their manager on topics that lack clarity (english and spanish preferred). Chamberlain & Sons laborers should understand the importance of doing the job fast and correct (the first time) so that the next project can be accomplished as soon as possible.
