Needed ASAP Maintenance Assistant/Porter part time. This position is 20 hrs per week for the right candidate. Dutie include grounds keeping, light janitorial, assiating maintenance tech with apartment maintenace as needed painting, etc... Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. Considerable walking as this is a large complex. $12.00 per hour. Need experience in building maintenance, grounds keeping. The righ applicant will be self motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
