Looking for young dog or older puppy

Description

Will be looking to bring the puppy home in the next month, so not really in a huge hurry. Looking for a male. Medium size dog preferred, but can't take small breeds. They just can't perform the service tasks that will be necessary. Must not be aggressive with food or children. Needs to either be on puppy pads and comfortable with them, or already house broken. I wished I could put forth what is needed for those elementary lessons, but I'm aware I need to ask that the dog already be familiar with the indoors. Obedience training can be had if the puppy is at least 4 months. But any younger, I will need them to know not to use the bathroom inside and know to sleep in a crate at night. He'll go literally everywhere with me and when house broken, will not NEED to be crated at night. Likely will need to be a mixed breed solely because I'll be putting so much money into having him trained to help my disabilities that I simply can't afford a dog that's registered and full blooded on top of everything else. I just want a friend that will be able to improve my quality of life. The wait lists for organizations that donate to veterans is upwards of 1.5-2 years and I can't wait that long. This puppy will go through yhis training once he reaches 5 months, if he's not already old enough. I don't have a breed preference, however, because the training isn't complete upon me bringing him home, he can't be signed off as an ESA or service dog yet. And certain breeds are restricted where I live, so unfortunately I have to turn down any mixes with pitbulls, bulldogs, rottweilers, dobermans, chows or great danes. As mentioned, training alone is quite expensive, so I'm hoping to find a dog within a reasonable budget. Open to offers but can state right here that I cannot afford a breeders price. Please do not even bother contacting if you expect that kind of fee. Where I'm sure it is very justified, it's just outside of my price range. Willing to discuss price, deposits, holding fees, and pickup arrangements. I'd prefer to see where the dog has been living, and prefer to see the parents, just to ensure the puppy has been in a healthy environment and is in good health himself.
