Description
I just bought a great studio space and am looking for a drummer for jams and possibly something more serious once the pandemic is over. I'm 46, and have been playing music since I was 16. Mostly into playing classic rock and jammy stuff (Grateful Dead, Allmans, Crazy Horse, etc.), but open to other stuff. I have projects ranging from bluegrass to Gypsy Jazz, to outlaw country, etc. I hosted weekly Dead jams last summer that had potential to be a band, but had to shut it down when it got cold.
I want the music to be good; for me, improvisation and actually making music is more rewarding than learning note-for-note from a recording. Again, I want this to be fun first, and if it turns into something more serious, great.
I have a small, decent kit set up now, along with full PA and recording gear. There's room to socially distance and mask.
Give a shout.
