Needed help to get stimulus money

I have the 1200 plus 600 owed to me In stimulus money, applied, irs tried to load on my netspend card but irs took back out, no reason, no debt, I went did turbo tax, it says federal owes me 1800 now, I don't know how to get it, I need a trustworthy person to help me out and in return for any stimulus money I receive I will give you 20 percent.
