Join us for an 11 Day SPRING RESET with Ali Judy, April 5th-16th.
What to expect:
6 in-person classes: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Studio opens at 6:45am for pre-class rituals, class begins at 7am.
Classes will include breathing, meditation, gentle yoga/stretches, intention setting and prompts to guide you to a deeper level of self exploration.
Participants will also receive tips on optimal nutrition, natural cleansing methods, how to declutter and simplify your life and tune into nature.
