Tonight they have a story on their home page about how CNN viewership is down.
The reality of the situation is CNN is getting more viewers than Faux News for the first time since 2000.
From forbes.com in February:
Last month, Fox News finished behind CNN and MSNBC in total daytime and overall viewers for the first time since April 2000, according to Nielsen.
Fox News’ daytime viewership fell 17% from a year ago, while CNN’s rose 176% and MSNBC’s went up 90%.
In the critical prime-time slot, Fox News fell to third place as their viewership decreased 13%; CNN’s jumped by 128% and MSNBC’s by 53% in the same segment.
Fox News’ prime-time lineup—which today includes shows hosted by Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity—has not lost to CNN and MSNBC since 1999, according to Nielsen.
