Drummer looking for a band

I'm 41. Looking for either a cover band or an original band. I don't care at this point. I'm tired of egos and drama and just want to be in a band that plays good music and has fun doing it. I shouldn't have to learn vocals to cover for a singer that can't be bothered to show up or know the lyrics. I don't have time for guys who wait until practice to learn their parts and then spend 3 years playing them like shit. I don't have time for guys who take an hour to set up their gear. I'm not interested in driving two hours round trip to rehearse for an hour. If any of that is you, don't respond. Anyone else, I want to play some heavy, groove oriented stuff. Some good metal. Songs people know and can sing along and jam to. I know some Metallica, Megadeth, Korn, Pantera, Black Sabbath, Type O Negative, etc.
