5 Star Private Condominiums on Lake Coeur d' Alene is seeking a responsible, clean cut individual that can excel with our team. Responsible for the cleanliness of the community grounds. Daily upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds including removal of garbage, mowing, weeding and ensure overall excellent curb appeal. Clean common areas daily. Washing and cleaning cars and boats, and assist owners as needed with luggage and packages. Other duties as assigned. Candidate must be clean cut, with no visible tattoos, good communication skills, self-motivated worker with good work habits and a good attitude. Drug test and background test required.
