Maintenance Tech Palouse Homes is a growing family company, with over 100 units in Spokane and the surrounding areas. We are looking to add a second maintenance person to our growing team. We work 7 days a week, with flexible days off and scheduling. This job will transition between full and part time depending on our client’s needs and your preference for work. Responsibilities: Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Skills: Strong communication skills. Well organized with excellent time management skills. Proven maintenance experience. Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills and wrenches. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a smartphone are all required for employment. Training will be provided on property management software.
