If so, this may be your work opportunity of a lifetime! We are hiring a select few individuals who meet the qualifications above to train to be on our roofing crews. You will follow our training program and be trained on every aspect of the roofing trade. After completing the entire training program you will be a highly skilled and knowledgeable roofing technician. We pay on a piece workmodel, which basically means you get paid for what you do. If you work really hard and get a lot done you will make much more than someone who "paces" themselves and takes it easy at work. While you are in training you will be paid $15/hr but our goal is to get you making more than that with piece work as fast as possible! We need hard working, motivated individuals who are looking to plant their feet in a trade and use their hands to improve people's homes and lives.
