Santoni’s Marketplace & Catering is seeking bright, energetic and flexible individuals to join our On-Call Bartenders team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Event Management Staff and private customers to excel at creating memorable events and providing outstanding customer service. This is an on-call position that does not carry a set schedule. Catering Event Staffers are contacted with a request to work an event and they chose to work it or decline it. • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. • Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age. • Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers. • Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays. • Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas. • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
