(Currently 1 female and 3 men) very flexible if you need time off and according to employees performance we can adjust better pay. The right applicant is not the one the has lots of experience, but the one that is willing to learn quick, work in a fast pace environment, will NEVER stand around even if there is no customers for that day and is willing to adapt to changes. Our employees perform different tasks throughout the trade when required. our business also offers mobile service, which requires employees to drive to customers homes and perform the work in direct sunlight occasionally.
