Santoni’s Marketplace & Catering is seeking bright, energetic and flexible individuals to join our On-Call Catering Servers team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Event Management Staff and private customers to excel at creating memorable events and providing outstanding customer service. This is an on-call position that does not carry a set schedule. Catering Event Staffers are contacted with a request to work an event and they chose to work it or decline it. • Transports all materials to and from the event area, following all health and safety qualifications for food and serving ware. • Sets up, decorates, and prepares serving and dining areas according to specific directions and layout plans established by the catering manager. • Serves the food with a positive and courteous manner. • Addresses immediate customer concerns, questions and needs in order to provide an optimal experience. • Breaks down serving and dining areas.
