Hello Potential Workers: I own a home and a rental property. I want someone to call on, who is reliable and fair, when I need help. The properties are in Seattle (Wallingford and Leschi). I need different types of help. Here are some examples. 1. Basic Help/Maintenance - e.g. clean gutters, cut grass, power wash patio, plant flowers, light moving, wash windows, pick up items from Lowes/Home Depot. 2. More Skilled Work - e.g. replace guts of toilet tank, change light fixture, hang shelves, change faucet 3. Most Skilled Work - e.g. replace steps on porch, replace sliding exterior doors, build gate and/or fence. Please be specific and tell me what you can do and how much you charge for each type of service. ** I prefer someone who lives in the area because this reduces travel time and increases the chance that when I call for help, you will be able to get here in a reasonable amount of time.
