Small mobile home and RV park is in need of a contract maintenance person. Must have a well rounded knowledge of all forms of maintenance. I am looking to interview starting next week. It is a working interview where skills and knowledge will be displayed. Must have your own tools and vehicle. I do background checks. Other requirements: Be able to follow direction, complete tasks in a timely manner, sign a confidentiality statement regarding discussing park business, refrain from fraternizing with tenants, have no drug or excessive alcohol use or criminal record in the last five years, physically able to do manual labor as needed.
