Nordvind Sewer Service is expanding and looking to recruit a versatile team member with background in septic and sewer work. We are a small local outfit based out of Enumclaw, handling residential sewer/septic installations and light construction as well as a broad range of tough-to-find environmental services like hauling contaminated soil, decommissioning oil tanks, and much more. If you are looking for a company to grow under and expand your skillset with, look no further. Job Requirements: - 5 years minimum experience working in construction. - Knowledge of the equipment & tools required for job. Ability to perform manual labor. - Communicates to supervisor and customer in clear and respectful manner to relay information about the project, equipment and materials. - Self-motivated, takes initiative, and multi-tasker. - Clean driving record & valid driver's license. CDL not required, but preferred. - Practices good hygiene. - Ability to stand on feet all day, kneel, stoop, and lift or carry objects over 50 pounds. Preferred Experience: - Laborers experienced in pipelaying, concrete flatwork, iron ductile work - Power equipment operator experienced in excavation - Water distributor operator certificate - King County on-site sewage system installer certificate Compensation is DOE Medical, dental, & life insurance package 3 weeks paid vacation, plus 40 hours paid sick safe leave Please email your resume with your work history and 3 references.
