In anticipation of the season starting for us SOON - and our workload increasing ~ WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR LAWN MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPE CREWS. Job Duties: * Plan and manage daily schedule, equipment and materials to complete daily tasks. * Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, and all other duties in line with lawn care maintenance. Landscape experience, shrub and tree trimming & pruning. * Be sure to inspect all aspects of work performed to insure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. * Daily vehicle and equipment inspections. * Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry on a daily basis and comply with company policies and procedures. * Communication IS key - Both written and verbal communication skills! Must communicate in a polite and courteous manner with all customers and employees. MUST report damages, repair concerns and needs in a timely fashion. Requirements: Valid driver’s license, Chauffeur's license, and safe driving record. Experience with hauling trailers. Minimum 1 year experience in landscape/grounds maintenance, preferred Experience and capability with operating required equipment and tools. Time management skills Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, heat, wind), carry out strenuous physical tasks through the workday and lift up to 50lbs. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
