Miami Sol Fam! We're stoked to bring you another high vibe, heart-expanding ecstatic dance to celebrate the Full Moon & Daniela Sage's bday! Ah'o Familia del Sol! As we welcome Spring and the Astrological New Year, join us on Sunday, March 28th to celebrate with another movement prayer dedicated to our manifestations, Mother Earth and all of humanity. We are so looking forward to gathering with you again to collectively raise the vibration on the planet! Movement is medicine. Dancing is a powerful practice to release stagnant energy, rejuvenate ourselves and charge up our bodies on all levels, especially during the Full Moon. It is prayer in motion. Ellina aka @ellinasukh will bring the magical tunes to which we can embody our intentions with elevated emotions through our self-expression. Kata aka @miamiyogagirl will get us on our feet and into our bodies with a 10 min yoga warm-up before we begin dancing (please bring your yoga mat). After the dance portion is complete, Daniela aka @lightcodes will close out the experience with a transcendental sound healing and guided meditation (you'll lay or sit on your yoga mat for this as well). Event Flow: 4:44 pm: Check in and enter through our Intention Setting Portal with @flowithsuey. 5:00 pm: Opening Sacred Space with @lightcodes. 5:30 pm: Yoga warm-up with @miamiyogagirl. 6:00 pm: Movement prayer/ecstatic dance with DJ @ellinasukh and aerial performances by the @mpdsmiami tribe. 7:00 pm: Sound healing and guided meditation by @lightcodes. 7:30 pm: Closing ceremony and conscious community talk. 8:00 pm: Gathering is complete. What to wear/bring: Wear bright, earthy, pastel and/or metallic colors that reflect the sunlight, if you feel so inspired to! But most importantly, wear comfortable clothing that you can express yourself freely in.Your own cushion or yoga mat to sit/lay on for the sound healing and meditation.A reusable water bottle; there is a water filling station. Our friends at Inti Fruits will be vending delicious nutrients if you need a yummy boost of energy.Special thanks to our photographer @anna__barnat and videographer @robcast_.
