Young hamster NEED GONE ASAP

My mom recently rescued a young hamster her neighbors were THROWING IT AWAY. The hamster is clearly stressed out and has an awful tiny enclosure. My mom is a mother of 4 young kids under age 8 and 7 months pregnant with a dog, she can not afford to buy the correct equipment for the poor little hamster and does not have the time to take proper care for it. I own a 2 year old hamster and it is very sad to see this hamster with such a small enclosure and to be tossed like garbage, I would take it in but I recently got a 10 week old puppy and my hands are full. There is a rehoming fee just to ensure they will be going to a good home, the rehoming fee is very cheap because I understand that this hamster will need all new things and to save money I suggest making a bin cage instead of buying a hamster cage in the store the ones in the store typically are not big enough anyway. This hamster needs to find their furever home very quickly. I do have photos I just can't post them on the ad because I am posting this ad from the computer I will send photos through text, I am not sure what kind of hamster or if male or female.
