2.5y old pit looking for loving home

Unfortunately we have to rehome our 2.5y old pit Tobe. He is our baby and we are very upset about having to rehome him, unfortunately tobe has shown to be very reactive with other dogs. To the point where he has ended up attacking 2 other dogs. We have now been told by our landlord that we can no longer keep him despite our best efforts. Tobe is the best with people. He’s spent hours on end with my little nieces and nephews with no problem. He lets you smoosh his face and he loves to run around or play tugs. He is also down to just cuddle with you and sleep the day away. The only true issue is his aggression towards other dogs due to his past(he was our first rescue). He isn’t initially aggressive with other dogs but is very standoffish and if he fees threatened he will react very fast. We are asking a rehoming fee of only 250 as we are most concerned with him going to a good home. If the right home is available then we can discuss dropping the fee. The best home would be one with NO OTHER ANIMALS and a gated yard. But he is potty trained and very well at living in apartments. We just want someone who will be able to give him the proper love and training. Please try to message soon as this weekend he will be taken to the shelter.
