Press release from the City of Oakdale: March 16, 2021 The 2021 Arbor Day Tree Giveaway will be held on Saturday, May 1, from 9am-12pm. This year's event will be a drive-thru event - with trees being handed out in the Walton Park parking lot off of 15th Street by the bandshell. Participants must register for a tree pick-up window in advance. Registration for pick-up times will open on April 1, 2021. A free mobile shred-it event will be held during the Tree Giveaway, in the northeast corner of the City Hall parking lot. 10 bag limit per person - COVID safety measures will be followed.
