Hello, Chef Alex here, offering my services to you! I am the Chef/Owner of AT's Custom Cuisine located here in Tucson. I have been a personal chef for the past 6 years, tending to clients with specific dietary needs and restrictions as well as working with busy families that simply don't have the time to cook. Trained under Classical French Technique and with a background in Nutrition and International Cuisine, you will have more variety to choose from that pretty much anywhere you go in town and your dietary needs will be met! With 15 years in the restaurant industry and a degree from Le Cordon Bleu, I have the experience, skills, and background to bring fully customized meals directly to your door! I offer weekly packages as well as cooking lessons, In-Home preparation, and catering for small events - up to 20 people! Rates are $30.00 an hour + plus the cost of food (and supplies when applicable). All-Inclusive are negotiable depending on menu of choice and number of people.
