Why was this flagged for removal?

Can someone PLEASE explain to me why my post asking for help with a Photoshop project was flagged for removal? I haven't violated terms of use, or prohibited stuff. There is no sex or drugs. WHAT is the problem? I see other posts offering to pay artists for services, and even posts advertising space for rent. Are Photoshop practitioners not artists, or contributing to artwork? I have found someone, so please do not reply with an offer to help with my project. I just want to know what I did WRONG? Here is the text of the removed post: Need Photoshop help (Asheville) Local photographer needs someone proficient in Photoshop to help with a project. It's mainly repetitive stuff that's relatively simple - adding some text to photos. I would do it myself, but I recently had eye surgery. It will take several hours, but not likely more than a day. Will show you what to do step-by-step. Fair compensation offered. I prefer meeting at my home office, but I'm open to other options. I live alone, and I'm fully vaccinated, so no COVID here. I'm located off Hendersonville Road just south of I-40, a few blocks behind Juicy Lucy's burger joint.
