Guess my previous handyman is too busy to finish the work I paid him for. I have the materials/ picking up at Home Depot in am- small bathroom, needs small patch of drywall attached.. a coat or two of white paint, new toilet installed, new sink / vanity hooked up. Finish the floor it’s just that vinyl flooring. Need done as I am selling the house. Someone reliable. Need done by Friday evening. Will not pay ahead of time because of how badly I’ve been screwed over. But you will be paid. Very unfortunate how people are these days $350 cash when you are done.
