The basics of the job would include making tile connections and assisting the backhoe/excavator operator with various farm drainage and soil and water conservation projects. Would also assist with basic machine maintenance and other tasks necessary to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. A valid drivers license is an absolute must. Experience with heavy equipment or a farm background are helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person with a good attitude!
