Arkema is a 24/7 operation with a 2 week rotating shift, 12 hour work day, 36 hrs. first week & 48 hrs. the second week (overtime applies), night shift premium. Job Duties: - Operation of process equipment and monitoring process indicators - Follow documented process procedures - Proficient use of Arkema data entry systems using process monitoring computer - Follow company Health, Environmental and Safety standards - Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Experience Required - HS diploma or GED - Chemical plant experience preferred; manufacturing experience a plus - Basic computer skills (Microsoft office, etc.) Benefits: 401K, Medical, Vision, Dental, vacation, personal holidays and holiday pay.
