Not sure why this was flagged...this is a legitimate posting. Tuesday, March 16 at the Cheesecake factory in Thousand Oaks - it was lunch time (approx. 1PM). I haven't seen you since 2017, but if it was indeed you, you were the blonde haired girl dressed in black and sitting relatively close to the outside gate. As I left, I looked your way and our eyes locked. It didn't register with me that it could have been you until after I left. I had my mask on, so you likely didn't recognize me.
