Our culture is built upon developing faster, easier, and more efficient ways of getting work done.  We take pride in creating a professional work environment where employees feel accomplished, heard, and appreciated.  We are not your standard general contractor. We are different by choice. If you have a passion for learning and a desire to work with a higher caliber group of field professionals, then we want to hear from you!  As a General Laborer, your focus will be on maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. Specific responsibilities include: - Clean, sweep and remove debris from the construction site - Provide demolition labor during remodel and renovation projects - Move tools, equipment, and materials as directed by site superintendent - Use power tools and machinery (i.e. forklifts) when needed - Perform light carpentry tasks under the supervision of the foreman or site superintendent - Perform various physical duties as assigned - Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe construction site No prior experience is required; however, construction site experience is preferred.  Other qualifications include:  - Dedication to construction site safety - Effective oral and written communication skills - Willingness to learn - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated ability to work with a team and a “can do” attitude After a 90-day probationary period, this position becomes eligible for Iconica’s insurance package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and holidays).
