Description

We are looking for a competent Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance at our east Madison rental properties. You will be responsible for training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations. Responsibilities: - Inspect and maintain building systems - Prepare daily/weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work - Supervise and train team - Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time - Comply with all safety regulations and practices on site - Monitor inventory on equipment and ensure proper upkeep - Conduct safety inspections as scheduled - Inspect farcicalities periodically to determine problems/ necessary maintenance - Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance repair work Requirements: - 2 years of proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role (essential) - Excellent planning and leadership skills - Effective team performance management - Strong technical knowledge of building systems - An eye for detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines - Great time management skills - Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
