Need an experienced administrative assistant for small Downtown office. Duties Involved:Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling meetings and appointmentsTaking notes and minutes in meetingsOrdering and taking stock of office suppliesCreate and maintain a structured filing systemInput data from invoices using ExcelPreparing documents for meetings and business tripsProcessing and directing mail and incoming packagesWriting and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staffResearching and organizing events such as job fairs, and orientations as neededHandling payroll and billing using QuickBooks This is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE POSITION typically Monday through Friday. Pay negotiable. Knowledge of QUICKBOOKS & EXCEL is required.
