We are currently working with a customer that will need laminate flooring installed 1120sqft and a Deck install 12x14! This job has already been priced out and will need the work to be done as soon as possible. It pays well and there is no room for negotiating the price. In order to be qualified for this job we will need 3 recommendations of previous flooring/deck work. We are also requiring pictures from these jobs as well. We will be calling your references. Job will pay once the work is completed, we are not paying half up front! If you can not provide these items, or agree with these terms, simply do not reach out. First come, First Serve.
