Have you considered starting your own business/side business as an adventure guide for local hiking, kayaking, or other tours? Last year, 65k trail passes were sold with nearly 50% of those riders making multiple trips throughout the year. We also know that they are looking for other things to do when they are visiting. If you have an interest in starting a kayak rental business, or becoming a fishing guide, or hiking guide, join us for this informative guide business workshop. We will be covering the processes to be compliant with DNR regulations so that you and your business start off on the right foot. Workshop will be led by Bryan Shaw, Southern WV Community & Technical College Entrepreneurship & Business Center Williamson Farmers Market will provide a light dinner option from 5:00pm-5:30pm. Workshop begins at 5:30pm.
