Sessions will start with an active warm up, build with a heart pumping 20+ minutes of HIIT intervals and end with a mindful cool down. All built around improving your dancing! WHEN: Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30pm (No class March 18th or 20th) INSTRUCTOR: Jake Famme TYPE: This is a solo movement class. Wearing a mask and social distancing will be enforced as usual to keep us all safe. This is not a series class. You must register separately for each date you wish to attend. COST: $12 (Payment options are Vemno, CC or Cash. Payment taken at door) To keep safe social distancing in the studio we will be limiting the number of students in this class, so pre-registration is REQUIRED.
