April 6th: Daytona Conklin Davis Center for the Blind 405 White Street Daytona Beach FL 32114 10am-4pm April 7th: Orlando Beardall Senior Center 800 Delaney Avenue Orlando, FL 32801 11am-4pm April 8th: Tampa Ramada Inn 11714 Morris Bridge Rd Tampa FL 33637 10am-3:30pm April 9th: Fort Lauderdale Florida Vision Technology 2880 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 104 Fort Lauderdale FL 33311 10am-4pm Covid Plan: Every person coming into space will need to have a facemask covering their nose and mouth for the duration of the time they are in the rental area. Temperature checks will occur before they enter the room by using a non-contact thermometer. We understand that many of our clients are in the older population, so we know the safety levels we need to perform need to be top-notched. To limit contact between clients and staff, we will have individual appointment times, limit the number of people inside the room to a maximum of three employees and three clients. Each employee will work with one client at a time, limiting cross-contamination. Product for demonstration will be spaced around the room, so no two tables, and thus no two clients are within six feet of each other. Hand-sanitizer will be at each table, and every client will be encouraged to use it before touching any of the products. Also, we will have alcohol wipes on each table to wipe the table and devices between every appointment. We have the appointments staggered, so no people are waiting outside in the senior center's available space. All meetings will be pre-set, so we should not accept any walk-ins; thus, everyone coming in will be aware of the Covid guidelines.
