Art and yoga practices and techniques to awaken the healing and integration of the wounded inner child. What is holding you back from living your heart's deepest desire? Many times when we live in the deeply ingrained patterning of our wounded inner child, our belief structures create limitations on the expression our life's highest purpose. Join us for an artfully yogic adventure into learning techniques and tools to effectively dissolve the blocks toward your inner child, and to awaken more powerfully on the path of your true divine nature. Join us for this fun, integrative, creatively-healing, and exploratory workshop! We will be combining yogic and creative art techniques to help you achieve: alignment between your inner-child and adult self; mood and nervous system regulation; creative expression; and tools to bring with you, back into your day-to-day life. Note: You do not have to be experienced, or “good” at art to participate in and benefit from this workshop! All you need is an open mind and a desire to get creative and to process through barriers to achieving alignment between your inner-child and higher self! You also don't need to be limber or experienced with yoga. The techniques used will focus on self care and guided meditation. A mat, pillow/bolster, and blanket will be useful, but not required. About the facilitators: Meghan Havlin is a Board-Certified, Registered, and Licensed Art Therapist with Intermediate Level I Somatic Experiencing ® training. She has been practicing art therapy for over 6 years, and has been supporting individuals for over 15 years with emotional,psychological, somatic, and medical/physiological challenges. Kristina Dessauer has 500 hour yoga teacher training certification and does yogic life coaching. She specializes in teaching a variety of meditation techniques, mantra, hatha/vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga devotional song, and ecstatic dance yoga. Practices that facilitate one awakening to the True Self. *Note: although this is not a clinical therapy group, we will be integrating therapeutic and trauma-informed art therapy/Somatic Experiencing techniques into the process. ————— Cost: $65 ————
