Looking for full time/part time maintenance workers to work on the RV parks that we own in the Nevada/Princeton areas. Must be able to pass a background check. Typical tasks include: Diagnosing and fixing maintenance-related issues Cleaning up the lots when people move in/out and re-grassing Spraying grass for weeds Fixing pipe leaks Minor electrical work (replacing outlets or re-running Romex) Digging Various other maintenance-related tasks Need someone with their own tools (shovels, socket set, wrenches, basic electrical tools (DMM, wire strippers), etc.), transportation, and the know-how to fix common maintenance-related issues.
