Job Description Fast growing, midsize company seeking asphalt paving superintendent to oversee crews in daily operations, ensure safety & efficacy, and customer satisfaction with job. In winter, snow removal services, if interested but not required. Responsibilities & Duties: • Assist lead construction superintendent until comfortable with position • Schedule, manage & oversee crew(s) • Lead safety meeting & equipment/jobsite training • Become familiar with jobsite & current client base • Order materials • Manage cartage • Layout jobs Qualifications: • > 3 years asphalt paving experience • >2 years management experience • Good communication skills • Pass drug screen & have clean Motor Vehicle Record Benefits: • Health, dental & vision insurance after 90 days • Full time employment • Company vehicle provided • Paid vacation time • Yearly review and raise • Compensation: $72,000 & up, based on experience
