Harder Brothers, Inc. Seeking Construction Manager Our family owned company is a well-established and rapidly growing Residential Design-Build Construction Firm in need of an experienced and knowledgeable Construction Manager. We work on high end residential projects with a focus on innovative design and the highest quality craftsmanship. Project sizes range from new home construction to kitchen and bath renovations. We are looking for a personable and highly organized individual who is capable of leading a team to the successful completion of these projects. Work will include the following: - Managing and scheduling crews and subcontractors - Selecting and procuring construction materials and finishes - Working with clients to assist with budget, material selections, design concepts, scheduling, etc. - Managing project budgets and schedules - Providing interpretation and clarification of construction details, means, and methods to subcontractors - Obtaining quotes from subcontractors and vendors - Verifying insurance coverage and licenses of subcontractors - Inspecting completed work Required Qualifications: - Highly organized - Computer literate including Microsoft office - General knowledge in all aspects of residential construction - Construction and/or construction management experience - Able to read and interpret Construction Drawings - Good communication skills - Three dimensional thinker - Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with auto insurance coverage Preferred Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED): - Architecture and/or interior design experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software - Degree in construction management or architecture - Knowledge of local building codes - Experience with estimating construction work - Knowledge of construction specific software - Contacts within the industry including subcontractors, vendors, etc. - Bilingual Our Company Offers: - $55,000 to $65,000 salary - Paid vacation - Consistent and dependable full time work - 401 K - Health Insurance - Flexible work environment - Opportunities for growth and development Please provide your resume in your response to this listing; we look forward to hearing from you soon to discuss the opportunity further!
