Start Date: April 1, 2021 or sooner Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (4-5 days/week) Salary: $15/hour with room for growth Summary: Daily curbside pick-ups of residential and commercial customers in Durango, Colorado and La Plata County. Responsibilities Curbside pick-up of compost buckets and delivery of compost Manage updates to daily routes Communicate and work with the Operations Manager on customer requests, updates, and needs Communicate with owner on equipment and supply needs Qualifications Commitment to 6 months or more in the position Familiar with Google Docs and spreadsheets Have a cell phone and valid U.S. Driver’s License Interest in compost and waste reduction Commit to 2-3 days of training with current Operations Manager Ability to lift heavy equipment and drive a trailer and tractor (or learn to do so) Willingness to work independently To Apply: Send cover letter, two references, and a resume as a reply to this post.
