Aspen Square Management is seeking a hands-on Property Foreman to lead the team at Alpine Commons Apartments in Amherst. Even in uncertain economic times, Aspen Square Management remains stable and financially sound. We continuously improve our multi-family assets through capital improvements to provide exceptional apartment living. If you are a natural leader and can train, mentor, and guide a team then we want to meet you! The Property Foreman will have previous management experience, ideally working in multi-family housing. We are looking for someone that is skilled in all aspects of the trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing. HVAC a plus. The Property Foreman is responsible for: • Customer Service • Apartment make ready • Completing service requests • Rotate responding to emergency call • Working closely with the property manager to provide a stellar community for our residents • Grounds maintenance (with vendor assistance) • Preventative Maintenance • Budgeting • Promoting opportunities in the company and building your team • Scheduling and leading the team Requirements: • Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing is a plus • Previous housing industry experience preferred • A hands-on supervisory approach • Certification/licensure in HVAC or Universal EPA preferred • CPO certification preferred Benefits: • Health, vision, dental insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) • 401(k) with company match • PTO (vacation, holiday, sick leave) • Ongoing training and professional development To Apply: Submit resume online for review.
