Beautiful seasonal summer camp property seeks full-time, year-round facilities assistant to help with upgrades, renovations and maintenance. Projects and tasks include new construction and renovations, infrastructure work, general property maintenance including plowing and cleaning and opening and winterizing camp.
Desired skills include carpentry, Basic electrical and plumbing and small and large engine repair would be a plus. Responsibilities will include some "grunt work" e.g. - lifting, moving and clean up.
This is a full-time position, that will work under the mentorship of the Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, thoughtful and willing to learn. Applicants should love working outdoors.

This job will require Maintenance Assistant to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend hours between Oct - May. Between June - August, Maintenance Assistant will need to be available to work 6 days a week.
