The YMCA is hosting Yoga and Zumba classes at the Phoenix Civic Center. All classes are suitable for folks of any fitness level who want to get their body moving. The Civic Center offers a large open space that allows for social distancing and all attendees wear masks. Classes are hosted outside on the patio when weather allows. The classes are open to Y members and non-members are welcome to attend for a $5 fee (pay accepted by debit/credit card). Come by and say hello - I lead the yoga class on Monday night!
