Chainlink Cutting and Stretching

Description

I have 600' of chainlink fabric that I need cut down from 36" to 28", ends bent over, and stretched into frames with a stretch bar and bolted on using clips. I will provide the material and bolt cutters to cut the fence and the hardware to attach it. I am looking for someone to cut, bend the ends, stretch the chainlink fabric, and then bolt it all in. I expect this to take 8 days.
