Description
Looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals, to manage and oversee our staff logistically/operationally on-site at high-school athletic tournaments this summer season. Our season runs approx. June 1 - July 31 (pick the dates that work for you). There are many opportunities for additional events/dates available beyond this timeframe. We provide all gear and cover all expenses. Our office is located in Conshohocken PA - so you must be within a reasonable distance of the office to pick up/drop off gear for each event. For candidates that meet MOST of our requirements, we are willing to train in lacking areas. This position is best suited for people with flexible schedules, freelancers, teachers, those who are self-employed, or those whose current position has become remote, giving flexibility for travel.
Compensation:
• Flat rate per day of $200-$300+ per day (dependent on applicant experience and logistics of the event).
• Meals
• Lodging/mileage (if an event is chosen that requires travel, outside of Philadelphia area)
Requirements:
• Live within a commutable distance to Conshohocken based office
• Has most majority of weekends available in June and July
• Has prior management or supervising experience
• Own your own reliable transportation
• Can supply at least 2 professional references
• Quick-thinker with good problem solving skills
Great candidates will have:
• Background in sports, video, or combination of both
• Have had some degree of entrepreneurial background
• Have worked in a supervisory position, but not necessarily a manager (I.E. Coach or Teacher)
