We have immediate openings! Seeking Landscape Crew Members. Can setup same day interviews! A typical day would entail working between 8-10 hour shifts, outside, in all types of weather conditions. Landscape maintenance technicians report to company headquarters on scheduled days and ride out in a company vehicle with their crew to 1 or more jobsites where they will perform landscape maintenance services such as hand weeding, spraying weeds, utilizing a string trimmer, hydraulic walk behind mowers, zero turn mowers, push mowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimming, etc. Position requires candidate to be able to lift 50 lbs, be able to bend over continuously, be able to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, etc. and always performing work with the due caution of others in order to perform services safely. This position requires someone to be physically fit in order to perform these services. Work Schedule: Monday Through Friday with Occasional Weekends during peak season. Typical schedule is 6:30 until approximately 4:00, but may vary a little day to day. Experience preferred in the followings area: Operating commercial mowing equipment Pulling or spraying weeds Edging flower beds and spreading mulch Trimming shrubs and hedges by hand or with power pruners Operating in a safe and professional manner Checking equipment to ensure operation Skid-loader experience a plus Skills Needed: Good Communication (English or Spanish) Bi-Lingual is a plus Ability to adapt to changing circumstances Drivers License a plus Strong work Ethic Ability to work long hours Positive and Respectful attitude Ability to understand instructions Requirements: Must have valid documentation with eligibility to work in the United States Must be Reliable and Dependable--will have a 90 day probationary period Must show up on time on scheduled days Drivers License Preferred Must Supply and Wear Safety Toe Boots Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Matching 401k Program Company Paid Certifications to advance skills Company Issued Uniform Paid Holidays Employee Referral Bonus Direct Deposit Pay: $17.00- $19.00 per hour Call 610 412 6261 for more info or to submit an application.
