Actors/Actresses Wanted for Short Film

I am putting together a team to produce a short film (about an hour and twenty minutes). I don't have much of a budget but if you ever wanted to get into the movie industry as an actor/actress or grip or sound engineer this is the right gig for you. I am looking for a mostly volunteer team so I can spend the money I do have on props, permits, locations and other hard costs. In return for your time and talent, I will offer profit sharing to everyone involved. I do have some history in this space with pretty good success. I funded and helped produce a short film that won 28 awards including Best Horror Film in 30 festivals. The director of that film is now shooting films in Hollywood.
