Come stroll the gardens with me to learn how to use nature to nurture your soul. Saturday, July 10, 2021  Please arrive at 9:45 am until 2:00 pm Cost $45 11th Step Retreat: The Welcoming Prayer Practice “Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.” The workshop will be held outside - weather permitting OR through Zoom. This practice is a method of consenting to God’s presence and action in our physical and emotional reactions in the ordinary flow of daily life so we can deepen our relationship with God, dismantle our emotional programs for happiness and heal old wounds. This practice is a wonderful companion to the Centering Prayer Method. Bring a sack lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes for inside and outside. Register early as the workshop will be capped at 10. If class is full, text Deb (630-740-2597) to be put on a waiting list. Scholarships are available.
